The "Rise Up" concept comes from the story of Phillip and the Ethiopian Eunuch. The Spirit of the Lord came to Phillip and said RISE UP and GO. He was led to a desert place, where God designed a meeting with the purpose of sharing the Hope of Christ in strange circumstances. God doesn't give diving appointments, but rather divine Positioning. He calls each one of us to RISE UP and GO.
